About the Opportunity
As Contract Administrator you will manage cost administration and contract compliance for a major infrastructure project in Perth. You will support project delivery by ensuring accurate cost tracking managing variations and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. This role is critical to achieving commercial outcomes and supporting project success.
Key Accountabilities
- Administer contracts and monitor compliance
- Track and report project costs accurately
- Prepare and process variations and progress claims
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
- Support procurement and commercial negotiations
- Maintain contract documentation and records
Required Skills and Competencies
Capability & Experience:
- Degree in construction management engineering or similar
- 3 years experience in contract administration
- Strong cost control and reporting skills
- Knowledge of Australian construction contracts
- Proficient in MS Excel and contract management systems
