Main responsibilities
- Support project communications and documentation including drafting internal HR documents and stakeholder communications. Contribute to the development of stakeholder PowerPoint presentations to support project initiatives as well as other materials to effectively engage stakeholders.
- Support with the coordination of stakeholder meetings HRM events and training sessions. Oversee logistical arrangements including room bookings meeting setup and participant invitations.
- Support with regular tracking and validation of HR data from various sources ensuring accuracy and consistency. This includes liaising with relevant teams or individual contributors to address discrepancies and optimize data integrity.
- Provide administrative and operational support such as managing and monitoring the shared mailbox scheduling and coordinating meetings preparing agendas and documenting meeting minutes as required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements within the scope of the strategic project(s).
- Participate in other talent management activities and projects as required.
Qualifications :
Ideal Candidate Profile
Academic Background
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management Business Administration Communication Education Law International Relations or any other relevant field of study would be an advantage.
Professional Background
- Have previous experience in an international setting and/or in human resources would be a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail is necessary for this role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear well-structured and insightful PowerPoint presentations would be a significant advantage.
Tools
- Strong proficiency in the use of MS Office (PowerPoint Excel Word).
