SALARY: Negotiable (based on experience)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle overseas recruitment requirements and job orders.
- Source screen and shortlist candidates for foreign employment.
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes with foreign clients.
- Manage candidate documentation and recruitment records.
- Maintain communication with clients and candidates throughout recruitment cycles.
- Ensure compliance with foreign recruitment procedures and guidelines.
- Support deployment and visa coordination processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in foreign recruitment.
- Knowledge of overseas recruitment procedures.
- Experience in client handling and coordination.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
