Job Summary

One of our prestigious clients is seeking a dedicated Foreign Recruitment Executive to manage overseas recruitment operations and coordinate with international clients. This role involves handling foreign job orders candidate sourcing and recruitment documentation.

SALARY: Negotiable (based on experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle overseas recruitment requirements and job orders.
  • Source screen and shortlist candidates for foreign employment.
  • Coordinate interviews and selection processes with foreign clients.
  • Manage candidate documentation and recruitment records.
  • Maintain communication with clients and candidates throughout recruitment cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with foreign recruitment procedures and guidelines.
  • Support deployment and visa coordination processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in foreign recruitment.
  • Knowledge of overseas recruitment procedures.
  • Experience in client handling and coordination.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
