What Youll Do

Manage and service a portfolio of commercial property & casualty accounts focusing on church clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with team members to provide seamless coverage and support allowing for true work-life balance.
Handle renewals policy changes and client inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on products systems and industry best practices.
Contribute to a positive team environment and support agency growth initiatives.

What Youll Need

Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
Minimum two years of agency experience in commercial lines account management.
Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based structure.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Alignment with GuideStones values and culture; church or volunteer experience is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a specialized mission-driven environment.
