Job Summary

About you:

We are currently searching for our newest team members to join our Short Term Accommodation team in Rossmore NSW as an Enhanced Practice Leader.

You will possess:

Knowledge and capability to deliver contemporary and innovative services in the disability sector gained through applicable experience training education and experience.
Extensive practical experience providing support to people with a variety of disabilities
Ability to engage with motivate train and mentor teams to ensure delivery of high-quality supports.
Sound written and verbal communication skills including the ability to undertake reporting consultation mediation and produce correspondence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong and mutually beneficial internal and external relationships
Problem solving consultation and negotiation skills.

An empathetic and friendly approach that supports families and carers as well as the people we support
High level organisational skills and an attention to detail
Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure

What is essential

Relevant industry qualification recognised by Possability and/or relevant industry experience.
Experience or demonstrated understanding of leading and supervising a team to achieve required strategic and operational outcomes

An understanding of relevant NDIA legislation and funding models
