Job Summary

Director of Sales - Robotics

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Director of Sales to lead our robotics sales efforts in Bengaluru India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the robotics industry a proven track record in B2B sales and the ability to drive significant revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the robotics sector.
  • Lead mentor and manage the sales team fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities building strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Indian market.
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales process from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing product development and service teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Manage sales forecasts budgets and performance metrics providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional sales and after-sales services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in robotics technology and apply this knowledge to sales strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (.) degree in a relevant field.
  • 15 to 25 years of progressive experience in sales with a significant focus on robotics and automation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Robotics Sales Sales and Services and B2B Sales environments.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software and tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
