Job Summary
Pay Range:
$22.05 - $33.08A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)
Education Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of relevant experience in human resources business or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree or Associates degree plus 3 years of relevant experience in human resources business or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
- 1 year of experience in recruiting colleague development health and wellness programs benefits compensation colleague relations or related human resources experience is required.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
