Job Summary

Job Title: Sales Representative SaaS (Field Sales Sports-Tech)

Location: On-site -Houston

Experience: Fresh Graduates /2- 4 Year

Employment Type: Full-Time

Were looking for a high-energy SportTech-enthusiastic Sales Representative to help us take our SaaS product directly to sports academies. This is a field sales role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people face-to-face building relationships and selling a product that genuinely simplifies operations for academy owners.

What Youll Do

  • Drive door-to-door field sales by visiting sports academies and engaging decision-makers.

  • Generate and qualify leads through in-person visits outbound calls emails and social outreach.

  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and operational challenges.

  • Clearly explain the value of our SaaS platform and how it improves day-to-day academy management.

  • Schedule and deliver product demos (in person or virtual).

  • Work closely with Sales Marketing and Product teams to support go-to-market initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate lead activity and pipeline data in CRM tools.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales activity and pipeline KPIs.

  • Be present in the office when not in the field and actively participate in sales reviews and training.

Who Were Looking For

  • Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (Bachelors degree preferred).

  • Excellent communication and people skills-you enjoy talking to customers.

  • A technology enthusiast who understands how software can simplify business operations.

  • Quick learner with a strong willingness to take ownership and challenges.

  • High energy self-motivated and resilient-comfortable with follow-ups and objections.

  • Hungry to build a career in SaaS and technology sales.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Confidence in engaging prospects in person over calls and in meetings.

  • Ability to quickly grasp product features and business value.

  • Basic familiarity with CRM email and productivity tools.

  • Any internship part-time or academic exposure to sales marketing or customer engagement is a plus.

  • Interest or curiosity in SaaS technology or digital products.
