Job Summary

We have an immediate opening for a Home Designer in St. Petersburg FL.

Highly competitive hourly rate plus commission. A Sales and Design Associate meeting target goals can expect to make an average of $2400 per month with no cap on potential earnings.

Compensation $14-$18/hr based on experience

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 5 years experience in cabinet sales and/or design.
Minimum of 2 years experience In Home sales for home building products
Design degree or certification and/or exhibits expert level skills in 2020 design software helpful.
Successful sales and lead generation in cabinet/flooring industry.
Retail POS system

Summary

This position is primarily responsible for performing sales and design duties both within a retail environment and to customers in their homes/businesses. Designers provide knowledgeable product information and specifications. Specific job responsibilities shall be in accordance with the companys policies and applicable laws while ensuring and maintaining a safe work environment and efficient operations. Occasional nights and weekend appointments including Sundays necessary as business requires.
