What Youll Do:

• Deliver an excellent customer experience
• Provide staff supervision and guidance complying with all company policies procedures and directives from management team
• Able to work as a leader to drive and motivate and develop people
• Execute effective day to day business and operations processes

• Demonstrate flexibility and desire for creating a collaborative and supportive work environment

• Foster customer relationships through innovative thinking building of client books and delivering a meaningful experience
• Utilize all available tools and technology

Youll Need to Have:

• Relevant sales experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention of detail and accuracy
• Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced challenging environment
• Able to work on different tasks easily Multi-tasking
• English Language
