What you will do
Manage sales accounts for new and existing customers including business planning building customer relationships identifying customer needs handling tenders and nonorderrelated enquiries forecasting demand with customers and following up on allocations tofulfilldeals
Utilize defined sales processes tools and systems to execute sales activities including regularly updating sales actions and deals within the designated CRM software
Ensure pricing excellence by adhering to UPMs pricing policy and the established pricing framework
Establish and maintain customer contracts that comply with UPM contractual practices and align with salesmanagement guidance
Develop new business through inhouse lead generation qualification and nurturing activities that result in new sales for UPM
Increase internal market intelligence by understanding enduser needs through continuous contact and dialogue
Identify product and service gaps and communicate insights internally to support future development
Create customer satisfaction by demonstrating a drive to exceed expectations and deliver a seamless customer experience
Facilitate customer onboarding in collaboration with key internal partners and departments including supply chain and technical sales
