Introduction:

ITBM is seeking a qualified Supervisor to support a project integrating logistics support services in Southern Poland. This position requires an experienced professional in power generation and electrical systems who can lead technical teams ensure safe operations under a Safe System of Work (SSoW) and oversee the operation and maintenance of complex power infrastructure.

Position Summary

The Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the operation maintenance and safety of power generation and electrical distribution systems. This role includes supervision of multi-set power stations HV and LV networks and scheduled maintenance programs. The Supervisor will act as an Authorised Person (AP) under a Safe System of Work (SSoW) and ensure compliance with all technical safety and contractual requirements while supporting logistics integration activities with ITBM.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily operations of compression ignition generating sets within a multi-set power station environment.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) networks and associated systems.
Plan coordinate and manage scheduled and preventive maintenance for generating and distribution systems.
Act as an Authorised Person (AP) and/or Coordinating Authorised Person under a Safe System of Work (SSoW) ensuring all activities are conducted safely and in compliance with approved procedures.
Ensure compliance with relevant technical standards safety regulations and client requirements.
Support the integration of logistics and technical support activities with ITBM.
Supervise technical staff assign tasks monitor performance and ensure appropriate training and competence levels.
Maintain accurate technical safety and maintenance records and reports.
Respond to system faults outages and incidents ensuring effective troubleshooting and corrective actions.

Qualifications

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years experience managing and operating compression ignition generating sets as part of a multi-set power station.
Proven experience operating and maintaining HV and LV networks and systems.
Demonstrated experience in planning and executing scheduled maintenance programs for power generation and distribution systems.

Certifications / Authorizations

Must be an appropriate Authorised Person (AP) under a Safe System of Work (SSoW) and/or a Coordinating Authorised Person.
Must have successfully completed an approved and recognized AP course or refresher course within the last three (3) years in accordance with the SSoW.

Skills and Abilities

Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to manage technical teams in operational environments.
High level of technical competence in power generation and electrical distribution systems.
Excellent understanding of electrical safety rules risk assessments and permit-to-work systems.
Ability to plan prioritize and coordinate maintenance and operational activities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to technical incidents.
Proficient in English with good written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills:

Prior experience in NATO or defense-related projects. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.


Required Education:

Citizen of a NATO member state (mandatory). Native Ukrainian speaker or certified Ukrainian language proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher). Excellent command of English (TOEIC 850 or equivalent). Minimum of three (3) years professional experience as a translator/interpreter in a similar environment. Proven experience in technical/military translation and interpretation. Strong understanding of military terminology and procedures. Minimum NATO SECRET clearance (mandatory).
