Team: Sales Development
Were looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Ukraine. In this role youll help SMBs unlock global growth by introducing them to Payoneers solutions. Youll work closely with our sales managers to identify engage and qualify new B2B prospects ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Identify and engage high-potential prospects using open sources (LinkedIn Clutch etc.) and internal databases.
Create and manage targeted multi-touch campaigns to drive engagement.
Qualify leads and coordinate introductions with the sales team.
Provide feedback to improve messaging and close communication gaps.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Support ad hoc projects as your experience grows.
2 years in sales or customer service ideally in tech or fintech.
Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal abilities.
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand client needs.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
Background in payments banking or fintech.
Familiarity with data analytics or BI tools.
