Job Summary
Position Description:
As a partner of the user experience team here are the responsibilities and requirements for a UX designer:
Responsibilities:
. Assist in conducting user research including interviews surveys and usability testing.
. Support the creation of wireframes user flows prototypes and design mockups.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and marketers.
. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for design solutions.
. Help analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
. Stay updated on UX design best practices tools and trends.
. Perform other tasks as assigned to support the design team.
Requirements:
. Basic understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar.
. Strong interest in user-centered design and problem-solving.
. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
. Eagerness to learn and take constructive feedback.
. Portfolio or samples of design work (academic projects personal projects or internships) is a plus.
. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design
