Are you ready to lead HR Operations in one of Rituals most advanced and dynamic regions
As our Senior HR Services Manager Benelux you are fully accountable for the design structure and delivery of HR Operations within your region. You lead and develop your team to ensure accurate efficient and compliant execution of all HR administrative and payroll processes while continuously improving ways of working and aligning them with business needs.
At the same time you act as a strategic partner for your Global HR and the Head of HR BNL by proactively managing expectations clearly voicing local needs and sharing input to shape and prioritize the global HR roadmap. You are responsible for translating global initiatives into local execution with your team ensuring proper planning resource alignment and sustainable delivery across all ongoing and future projects. Your role bridges day-to-day excellence with long-term impact - covering three CLAs two service hubs (Amsterdam & Antwerp) and 3.800 employees.
What you will do
You lead a team of approximately 16 HR professionals (6 direct reports) and ensure that HR administration payroll personnel changes and all annual HR cycles are executed flawlessly. You bring clarity governance and rhythm to our operations in a region with high expectations continuous change and strong stakeholder visibility.
You collaborate closely with local HR HR Business Partners Retail stakeholders Global HR and Finance - turning insights into improvements and ensuring alignment between regional realities and global direction.

Qualifications :
What youll bring
- Strong HR Operations background (Benelux preferred)
- Experience leading and developing teams (4 to 5 years)
- Confidence in navigating high-volume environments
- A proactive structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to balance operational execution with long-term transformation
- Flexibility in your work location: we work with an 80/20 hybrid model meaning approximately 80% of your time is office-based. This will typically be 3 days in Amsterdam and 1 day in Antwerp with the remaining time flexible.
