Job Summary

As a Senior ServiceNow GRC Developer you will:

Lead the design development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
Drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementations with a focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
Design configure and enhance GRC modules to meet business and compliance requirements.
Develop and maintain ITSM integrations Service Catalog Performance Analytics and workflow automations.
Build and customize basic and advanced widgets to support business use cases.
Implement scripting and configuration management best practices across ServiceNow applications.
Support Application Portfolio Management IT Operations Management (basic and advanced) ITSM SPM and HRSD modules.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Design and implement workflows integrations notifications and flow automation.
Support deployments using source control update sets and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth promotion from development to production.
Actively contribute to defining the solution vision by leveraging prior implementation experience and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

What You Bring to the Table:

10 years of overall experience with strong hands-on exposure to ServiceNow development and enterprise implementations.
Proven experience delivering at least one complete ServiceNow implementation.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC specifically Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
Solid experience with ITSM integrations Service Catalog Performance Analytics and workflows.
Hands-on knowledge of scripting configuration management and Application Portfolio Management.
Experience developing basic and advanced widgets.
Exposure to IT Operations Management ITSM SPM and HRSD modules.
Strong understanding of deployment practices using source control update sets and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

You should possess the ability to:

Architect scalable reusable and future-ready ServiceNow solutions.
Translate business and technical requirements into robust platform implementations.
Provide technical guidance throughout project delivery and implementation phases.
