Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with strong Agile and SAFe expertise to lead multiple Scrum teams in a scaled Agile environment. The role focuses on enabling high-performing teams driving continuous improvement removing impediments and fostering a culture of agility across teams and stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Agile & Scrum Expertise
6 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile SAFe environments
Deep understanding of Scrum principles Agile values and SAFe practices
Strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies frameworks and best practices
Proven experience guiding 23 Scrum teams simultaneously
Team Facilitation & Delivery Support
Facilitate sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives
Collaborate closely with Product Owners for backlog refinement and prioritization
Proactively remove impediments and shield teams from external disruptions
Demonstrated problem-solving and delivery-support skills
Leadership & Coaching
Strong servant-leadership mindset with excellent coaching abilities
Commitment to continuous improvement and fostering a culture of agility
Experience working in engineering / IT environments with iterative development models
Communication & Stakeholder Management

Proactively remove impediments to maximize team productivity
Enable continuous improvement through learning and process refinement
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile values principles and practices
Foster healthy team dynamics and psychological safety
Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized backlog
Promote transparency through clear communication and visible metrics
Protect teams from scope creep and external disruptions during sprints
Use data and Agile metrics to improve delivery predictability and performance
Facilitate cross-team collaboration to resolve dependencies and align goals
