MANAGER AGRICULTURE IRRIGATION / POLYTUNNELS PROJECTS
Job brief
Hayleys Agriculture Holdings Limited Agri Equipment Division is seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as Manager Agriculture Irrigation / Polytunnels Projects.The selected candidate will be responsible for designing executing and managing agricultural irrigation and polytunnel projects ensuring timely delivery quality and compliance with company standards. The role requires overseeing project planning implementation and coordination with internal teams suppliers and clients while driving business growth and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning execution and successful delivery of irrigation and polytunnel projects.
Identify government-supported initiatives and other new business opportunities.
Prepare detailed technical proposals BOQs and project cost estimates.
Coordinate effectively with institutes contractors clients and other relevant stakeholders.
Oversee on-site project execution to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Manage supplier relationships and ensure efficient procurement of project materials.
Provide technical guidance and support to field teams and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Require frequent travelling tosupervise multiple project sites.
Required Skills Experience and Competencies:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field from a recognized university with at least 5 years experience in similar project-based work; OR
Diploma in Agriculture or Marketing from a reputed institute with at least 8 years experience in a similar capacity.
Strong technical knowledge of drip irrigation systems sprinklers rain guns and polytunnels will be an added advantage.
Experience in handling government tenders and agricultural development projects.
Excellent project coordination planning and reporting skills.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
