Assistant Manager - Talent Operations
As an Assistant Manager Talent Operations you will lead support and oversee key talent operational activities to enhance the employee experience of a specific function and ensure the delivery of high-quality talent services. Key responsibilities
- Perform talent operational tasks including contract issuance renewal and employment confirmations ensuring accuracy and promptness.
- Support the performance management process by coordinating performance evaluations promotion and increment letters and ensuring timely feedback is documented.
- Generate and maintain HR metrics and reporting to assist in decision-making highlighting any trends or areas for improvement.
- Manage employee queries related to Talent processes and provide guidance where necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of similar experience in HR operations.
- Familiarity with HR processes policies and employment law will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks.
