Job Summary

SOC Manager

Role Summary:
Manages SOC operations across multiple locations oversees incidents KPIs and team development. Ensures effective SOC processes reporting and coordination with other security functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee L1/L2/L3 SOC operations ensuring 24x7 coverage and incident response.
Define and monitor SOC KPIs and operational metrics.
Manage team performance training and development.
Coordinate escalation and response for critical incidents.
Collaborate with SOC IAM GRC and other teams for enterprise-wide security initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications:

712 years in SOC operations with 3 years in management.
Strong leadership incident management and reporting experience.

Certifications / Skills:

CISSP CISM SOC management experience SIEM/EDR expertise.

Tools & Technologies: Splunk CrowdStrike Cloudflare JIRA Service Management.
