LOCATION

This direct contract position will work under a flexible work model remotely in LATAM. Candidates must reside within one hours drive of a major airport.

WHO YOU ARE

Were seeking a high-impact multilingual sales leader to spearhead growth across Latin this role you will lead a multi-disciplinary team drive enterprise and channel sales and shape strategies that expand our market presence and accelerate revenue. Youll be a player-coach who develops talent builds executive relationships and closes complex deals directly and through partnersdelivering consistent measurable results.

WORK ARRANGEMENT AND TRAVEL

This direct contractor role can be based remotely or in a hybrid arrangement in Latin America. Travel up to 35% is expected for customer partner and team engagements and therefore we are looking for candidates who live within one hours drive of a major airport.

Leadership & Team Development
  • Provide clear strategic vision that aligns regional sales goals with Seagulls objectives.
  • Lead coach and inspire a diverse regional team to exceed monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets. Set clear goals and operating rhythms (1:1s pipeline reviews forecast calls) that drive execution and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit onboard and develop top talent; establish a performance culture grounded in coaching clarity and accountability.
Enterprise & Strategic Accounts
  • Act as the executive sponsor and player-coach on complex pursuitsleading deal strategy value articulation negotiation and closing.
  • Drive direct enterprise sales in strategic accounts while partnering with resellers to accelerate and maximize outcomes.
  • Expand key accounts through multi-solution multi-year strategies; deepen relationships across executive and technical stakeholders.
Channel & Partner Ecosystem
  • Enable motivate and manage key channel partners to achieve joint pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Participate in partner deal cycles for strategic opportunitiesco-selling deal coaching and executive alignment.
  • Grow the ecosystem by identifying recruiting and activating new partners in priority market segments.
Sales Strategy Forecasting & Operations
  • Build and execute a regional business plan that drives new logo acquisition account expansion and partner growth.
  • Run disciplined pipeline forecast and deal reviews; maintain forecast accuracy and coverage aligned to targets.
  • Ensure adoption of the BarTender Sales Methodology and modern sales practices (e.g. MEDDPICC Miller Heiman Sandler SPIN).
  • Leverage CRM and sales automation tools to drive productivity visibility and data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with inside sales renewals sales engineering professional services marketing and product teams to craft winning strategies.
  • Translate market feedback into product and GTM insights; align campaigns and enablement to accelerate pipeline and win rates.
  • Champion customer success and adoption across implementations and expansions.
  • Market Expansion & Insights
  • Use market customer and competitive data to identify growth opportunities in Latin America.
  • Evangelize our value proposition across industry events executive briefings and partner forums.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
  • 10 years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience with mid-market and enterprise customers; 5 years leading sales teams.
  • Experience selling RFID traceability and other AIDC technologies that leverage a SaaS platform.
  • Fluent in Spanish English and Brazilian Portuguese.
  • Proven record of consistent overachievementnew business acquisition and account expansion through direct and channel motions.
  • Expertise in strategic and consultative selling; executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting technical concepts to varied audiences (executive operational and technical).
  • Comfort with complementary technologies and ecosystems (ERP WMS MES).
  • Fluency with CRM and sales productivity tools (e.g. Salesforce) and data-driven forecasting.
  • Demonstrated success leading distributed teams in hybrid/remote environments.
  • MBA or equivalent experience.
HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED
  • Quota attainment and year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Pipeline health and coverage (e.g. 3x pipeline to target) and stage-to-stage conversion rates.
  • Forecast accuracy and timeliness.
  • Partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue contribution.
  • New logo acquisition and strategic account expansion.
  • Time-to-productivity and retention of team members.
