The CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist is a one-year basis contract postiion. It engages with Polestars community in a timely personalized and distinctly Polestar wayensuring fans followers and customers feel valued throughout their journey. This role oversees the O2O customer journey and manages content updates on with a strategic approach to drive engagement. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders propose innovative ideas and execute them with an entrepreneurial mindset.
What youll do
Manage : Operate webpage management tools and dashboards for content updates.
CRM Operations & Development: Execute long-term CRM strategy and manage the customer lifecycle.
Content Ownership: Create and manage digital and CRM content for various segments and channels.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with HQ Customer Management Marketing and PR teams to maintain brand consistency.
Customer Engagement Projects: Develop local initiatives such as membership programs and relationship-building activities aligned with global CRM strategy.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor performance prepare reports on project status and content updates and share insights with HQ.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations regarding customer marketing consent.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced multitasking environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Alimtalk Jira Google Analytics (preferred).
Bachelors or masters degree in communications Marketing or related field.
35 years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a global company structure.
To be successful in this role you should have a proven track record in a global company structure with regional/local set-up. You have a strong strategic mind-set as well as operational hands on capabilities.
