Develop and Execute Specialty Strategy
Lead the development of procedure-specific marketing strategies for HBP and Hernia aligned with ISK business goals.
Translate strategies into actionable annual and quarterly execution plans with measurable outcomes.
Operationalize Intuitive Koreas initiatives (e.g. QTI KOL development Economic Value shaping) into structured programs that support adoption and influence decision-making.
Procedure Adoption & Surgeon Engagement
Identify and cultivate surgeon champions and potential KOLs in HBP and Hernia.
Support peer-to-peer programs live case observations and proctoring activities in collaboration with Sales and Training.
Develop structured pathways for Epicenter programs and local/regional workshops.
Medical Society & Academic Engagement
Manage Intuitives presence at key HBP and Hernia specialty societies and academic meetings.
Plan and execute robotic symposia P2P courses and live surgical broadcasts.
Collaborate with specialty societies to build clinical consensus and awareness.
Clinical Education & Content Development
Support the development of procedure-specific education materials digital brochures and clinical playbooks.
Coordinate webinars symposia and live surgical education programs with faculty surgeons and vendors.
Gather clinical insights unmet needs and user feedback to refine program effectiveness.
Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders
Partner with Clinical Sales Product Marketing & Marcom and MACA/GAVE/HEOR to optimize the da Vinci Value content for HBP and Hernia procedures.
Collaborate with Clinical Affairs with evidence generation publications and registry data for marketing use.
Assist Sales and Training in new hire education product launches and ongoing field communications.
Strong cross-functional experience in both Sales and Marketing within healthcare or medical technology fields.
Solid understanding of HBP and/or Hernia surgery workflows and clinical environments.
Proven ability to position and communicate the clinical and patient value of advanced procedures.
Demonstrated capability in managing multiple concurrent projects in a complex matrixed organization.

Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required (clinical or science-related field preferred).
Minimum 7 years of experience in the medical device industry or hospital marketing roles.
Prior exposure to operating rooms robotic or minimally invasive surgery or physician engagement strongly preferred.
Experience in HBP or Hernia areas is highly desirable.
Ability to travel up to 3040% including international and weekend events.
Comfort with data-driven storytelling (e.g. clinical outcomes peer-reviewed studies).
High attention to detail quality and alignment with Intuitives brand standards.
Hybrid work environment (Office/Remote).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM platforms and data analysis is a plus.
