Job Summary
- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly Management reports.
- Track financial operational and commercial metrics on a regular basis.
- Conduct annual evaluation of MTP (Mid-Term-Plan) achievement and recommend improvement actions.
- Analyze performance against strategic objectives and provide detailed reports.
- Support leadership with in-depth analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Develop Internal & External corporate-wide communication strategies and roadmap that is aligned with Santen s MVV(Mission/Vision/Value)
- Uphold high ethical standards in all internation with internal/external stakeholders and ensures all communication activities comply with relevant laws regulations ethical standards and internal compliance and ethical policy/guidelines
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration Finance Communications Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate communications/public relations or corporate planning.
- Strong understanding of corporate planning financial analysis and strategic management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English in Korean; Japanese is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Strong in interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Crisis communication experience is a plus
