Job Summary

This is a leadership role within the IT & ERP Department responsible for driving ERP functional excellence managing process automation projects and overseeing IT infrastructure and hardware administration. The role will interact with plant teams cross-functional users and senior management and will require team management & strategic decision-making capabilities.

Job Description (in brief)

  • Lead the IT & ERP function managing a team responsible for ERP support automation & IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with end-users plant operations and leadership teams to understand strategic requirements and drive technology-based improvements.
  • Demonstrate strong functional expertise in Material Management (MM) Sales & Distribution (SD) and Manufacturing modules.
  • Lead ERP implementation / enhancement / rollout / testing / UAT / documentation / training activities.
  • Plan and execute Process Automation / Digital Transformation / Industry 4.0 aligned initiatives.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure & hardware including servers networks systems devices and IT asset management.
  • Manage internal and external IT & ERP vendors including evaluation negotiation and delivery tracking.
  • Support system integration requirements between ERP and manufacturing automation systems.
  • Ensure system security data integrity uptime reliability and compliance.
  • Design SOPs training materials and conduct workshops for system adoption & standardization.
  • Present solutions progress reviews and project performance updates to senior management.
  • Lead coach and mentor team members across ERP IT support and automation domains.
  • Allocate workload monitor performance and ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
  • Drive a culture of accountability innovation and continuous improvement within the team.




Requirements

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central & SQL queries will be an added advantage.

Experience Required: Minimum 8-10 years in ERP implementation/management within a manufacturing organisation
Qualification: Graduate / Engineer in Computer Science IT or related fields.
