Mercy Health Physicians a proud part of Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an experienced and visionary OB/GYN Medical Director to lead our Womens Health Program at Mercy Health Anderson Hospital in Cincinnati Ohio. This dual-role opportunity combines full-time clinical practice with strategic and programmatic leadership in one of the Midwests most respected Catholic health Description:The OB/GYN Medical Director will:Provide full-time clinical care (office surgery and deliveries) while also guiding the clinical and strategic development of the womens health at Mercy Health Anderson Hospital (Level II NICU 1600 deliveries per year).Lead program development and strategic expansion for the Womens Health service line on Cincinnatis east with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to enhance quality outcomes patient satisfaction and physicians and advanced practice providers fostering excellence and closely with certified nurse-midwives and MFM support from the University of a balanced MondayFriday schedule including dedicated leadership time for administrative in 1:6 call accepting Locum CandidatesOnly accepting Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN experience requiredNot accepting 1099Not Accepting J1 and H1B Visa SupportCERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTSBoard CertifiedSTATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTSOhioADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTSMinimum 5 years of OB/GYN experience required; leadership/administrative experience preferred
