Job Overview
We are hiring a Talent Fulfillment / Resource Management professional for a leading MNC client based in Bangalore. This is a Contract-to-Hire role where the selected candidate will work at the client location with payroll managed by 2COMS.
The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in end-to-end resourcing along with hands-on exposure to Fulfillment Process Design.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end talent fulfillment and resourcing activities
Design improve and optimize Fulfillment Processes to enhance efficiency and turnaround time
Partner with HR Recruiting Learning and Business stakeholders to align talent supply with demand
Support buy / build / borrow strategies for workforce planning
Provide insights on adjacent skills and demand-driven skilling initiatives
Manage stakeholder expectations escalations and conflict resolution
Prepare MIS dashboards and leadership presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
Support demand forecasting and capacity planning initiatives (good to have)
Requirements
Must Have Skills:
Overall 7 years of experience in Talent Fulfillment / Resource Management / Workforce Planning
24 years of hands-on experience in Fulfillment Process Design
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in fast-paced matrix organizations
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Good to Have:
Demand Forecasting experience
Power BI / Analytics exposure
Experience in IT services / consulting organizations
