What you will be doing
- Planning launching and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google
- Handling campaigns end to end from setup to optimization and scaling
- Managing Meta Pixel Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- Monitoring performance daily and making data-driven optimizations
- Testing creatives audiences and messaging across platforms
- Managing multiple ad accounts and campaigns at the same time
- Working closely with internal teams to align paid ads with overall messaging positioning and funnel strategy
- Translating performance data and audience insights into clear direction for creatives and copy
- Taking ownership of performance and outcomes
What we are looking for
- Two or more years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads
- Experience working with both B2B and B2C campaigns
- Strong understanding of tracking attribution and performance data
- Comfortable managing campaigns independently without constant oversight
- Tech savvy and confident with ad platforms dashboards and analytics
- Able to multitask and prioritize across multiple campaigns
- Clear written communication and reporting skills
- Results-focused mindset
Role expectations
- This is a part-time role initially with the potential to expand based on performance
- This is an in-house position. Agencies and outsourcing firms should not apply
- This is a performance-driven role
- You will oversee campaigns from start to finish
- Working hours will follow Eastern Standard Time
