- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Business or Psychology (HEC recognized) or a technical degree (BS in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering).
- 4 years of experience in technical recruitment preferably within IT services semiconductors or related technical fields.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms particularly LinkedIn job portals and applicant tracking systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu with the ability to engage and negotiate with candidates effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: drafting job descriptions posting roles screening resumes coordinating interviews and executing offers.
- Source engage and maintain relationships with passive technical talent across Pakistan using platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant sourcing tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
- Maintain accurate candidate records pipeline data and hiring analytics.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company HR policies and local labor regulations.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Provide timely reports on hiring metrics and progress to management.
