Job Summary

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Business or Psychology (HEC recognized) or a technical degree (BS in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering).
  • 4 years of experience in technical recruitment preferably within IT services semiconductors or related technical fields.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms particularly LinkedIn job portals and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu with the ability to engage and negotiate with candidates effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: drafting job descriptions posting roles screening resumes coordinating interviews and executing offers.
  • Source engage and maintain relationships with passive technical talent across Pakistan using platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant sourcing tools.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records pipeline data and hiring analytics.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company HR policies and local labor regulations.
  • Continuously optimize recruitment processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Provide timely reports on hiring metrics and progress to management.
