- Track prioritize and handle catalog requests and issues using JIRA or similar tools ensuring proper documentation and SLA compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and standard operating procedures while driving process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Marketing or a related field.
- Knowledge of HTML and experience with HCL Commerce or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into clear actionable information
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities follow structured processes and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
