Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented LinkedIn Lead Generation this role you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and partners through LinkedIn engaging with prospects and nurturing them through the sales funnel. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for effective lead generation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies focused on LinkedIn.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through LinkedIn searches and outreach.
- Craft compelling messages and calls-to-action to engage potential leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through ongoing communication.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business objectives.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and results.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn best practices and tools to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Assist in refining and improving lead generation processes.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation preferably 1-2 years.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn platform and its capabilities for business networking and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with potential leads.
- Ability to understand customer needs and identify potential matches with our services/products.
- Aptitude for working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field preferred.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools.
- Proven track record of achieving lead generation targets.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
