The Customer Service Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the front-line customer service operations by handling administrative tasks processing orders managing data and ensuring the smooth functioning of back-office processes.
They contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service department enabling frontline staff to focus on delivering exceptional service to customers. Responds to inquiries via email or CRM to provide problem resolution in accordance with the Organizations service standards.
Location: ul. Curie-Skłodowskiej 12 Wrocław

Your responsibilities:
contact with internal customers (by phone and email) regarding availability of goods order delivery dates complaints during delivery etc.;
contact with carriers (by phone and email) regarding order delivery dates and returns logistic complaints etc.;
management of orders;
changing address date warehouse quantity of goods in orders as needed;
entering technical complaints (without processing) and issuing credit notes to the customer;
handling logistical complaints (analyzing the case issuing credit notes debit notes and returning goods if necessary);
organize the return of goods from the customer to the warehouse and ensure its implementation
shift work - providing business support until 5:00 p.m.
Our requirements:
Secondary education or higher and/or 2 years of relevant experience
Fluency English
Good knowledge of MS Office environment
Experience in SAP/Client Link and other ERP environments is a plus
Problem solving
Ability to take ownership of specific area of work
Good communication skills
Cooperation within the team
Conscientiousness
