Job Summary
Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel Malta (3 days per week in office) or Remote from Europe
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit high-potential affiliates across various channels (SEO PPC Programmatic forums online casino communities etc).
Negotiate affiliate terms and commission structures that align with profitability goals.
Manage the onboarding process and provide partners with tracking links creatives and support.
Monitor KPIs and traffic quality optimizing campaigns accordingly.
Maintain strong partner relationships through regular communication and performance insights.
Provide regular reporting and analysis to the broader marketing team.
What You Bring
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an affiliate manager on the operator side within the iGaming industry with experience with offshore licensed markets.
A network of relevant publishers SEO/PPC affiliates or niche traffic sources.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with confidence using data to inform decisions.
Proactive self-starting attitude. Youre comfortable owning outcomes and moving fast.
Experience with affiliate tracking tools (e.g. MyAffiliates Everflow Post Affiliate Pro).
Fluency in English and German is essential for this role. Additional languages are a plus especially as we continue expanding into new markets - so feel free to surprise us with your linguistic skills!
