Job Description

Our client is seeking an Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of assigned clients including Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators. The role focuses on improving account performance and supporting revenue growth across multiple business areas.

This position requires a balance of commercial awareness relationship management and analytical thinking. The Account Manager will work closely with senior management and internal teams to support commercial discussions identify opportunities and ensure effective delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

As an Account Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 client accounts

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support satisfaction and retention

  • Act as the main day-to-day contact for assigned accounts

  • Identify opportunities to expand business through additional products features or markets

  • Analyse account performance and market activity to identify areas for improvement

  • Support commercial discussions and negotiations in line with internal processes

  • Work towards agreed performance and revenue targets

  • Provide clients with regular updates insights and recommendations

  • Prepare internal reports on account performance

  • Monitor KPIs ROI and overall account performance

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Commercial Product Technical Finance and Operations

  • Gather and document client requirements clearly

  • Support prioritisation of client needs alongside internal objectives

  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal delivery

  • Work with Product and Technical teams to support delivery and ongoing improvements

  • Maintain regular communication with clients via calls or meetings

  • Represent our client in meetings industry events and conferences

  • Travel internationally when required

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an Account Manager or similar role within the iGaming industry

  • Experience managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients or operators

  • Understanding of iGaming markets and industry dynamics

  • Experience in account management client relationships and revenue growth

  • Commercial awareness including performance metrics and ROI

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Product Development QA Operations or Finance

  • Understanding of marketing strategies and player engagement within iGaming

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Interest in online gaming including casino and sportsbook products
