Defining work strategies aligning these with resources and desired client outcomes and overseeing planning and execution of the large scale implementation.
Anticipating issues and acting proactively to address potential issues.
Gathering and updating deliverables project materials project documentation business flows and lessons learned documents
Speaking about details of the project to both the business and technical teams including clients
Managing cross-functional interdependencies.
Improving processes to optimize performance and value over time.
Providing proactive risk management and issue/problem resolution as required.
Ensuring technology solutions are managed to support business strategies often working with senior management.
Directing the integration of technical aspects of all related projects/programs.
Conducting analyses needs assessments and cost/benefit assessments.
Monitoring financials to ensure budget compliance.
Representing project status to client and Optum leadership.
Addressing project challenges with key client personnel and within Optum.

Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Project Visio)
2 years of experience in project management for an EDW project with data migration
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
