Job Summary

Were seeking a Sr Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from early planning through closeout. This role supports a well-established highly respected construction team known for delivering both complex large-scale builds and fast-moving smaller projects. Youll play a key leadership role balancing hands-on project execution with mentorship and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously ranging from smaller renovations to large ground-up builds.
Own project planning cost tracking and schedule control from preconstruction through final turnover.
Guide preconstruction efforts including scope reviews constructability input and document coordination.
Mentor and support junior project managers and engineers through coaching reviews and day-to-day guidance.
Oversee project documentation including change management reporting and accurate as-built records.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing commercial construction projects of varying size and complexity.
Strong working knowledge of Viewpoint and Microsoft Office tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage schedules financial performance and project controls.
Experience leading teams and supporting the professional development of junior staff.
Solid background in preconstruction planning and project documentation.
Ability to communicate clearly with owners subcontractors and internal teams.
Organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities.
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
