Job Summary

PLEASE NOTE:

It is a 100% Onsite position in Trenton NJ
Contract for 1 Year and extendable to 4 more years

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Senior IT Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the client. This role is responsible for managing the hybrid Waterfall/Agile workflow prioritising enhancements and ensuring all project management guidelines are followed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the primary point of contact and support for all management aspects of the agreement.
Work with the client to prioritize production issues and enhancements.
Conduct weekly status meetings with the client and author Monthly Status Reports.
Ensure projects follow the States Project Management Guidelines.
Facilitate remotely hosted meetings and on-site planning sessions as required.

Requirements

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

Project Management Professional (PMP).
SCRUM Master in the SCRUM Agile methodology.
At least five years of experience managing/executing major IT projects using Agile development methodologies.
At least four years experience managing environmental projects in the public sector (Federal State or Local Level).
At least five years experience implementing enterprise environmental solutions in the public sector.
At least three years experience working with Atlassians JIRA Project Management Software.

PREFEERED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior experience with client systems: NJEMS RSP OPRATS DataMiner RADIUS COMPASS Letterbuilder PDF Processor and Spreadsheet Processor.

Required Skills:
