Job Summary

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Operations. The Project Onboarding Executive is responsible
for overseeing administrative and operational functions that support the Project Onboarding team which
manages project implementation across Lien Resolution Claims Administration QSF Bankruptcy and
Probate service lines. This role involves close collaboration with a team of US-based Project Onboarding
Coordinators and its leadership to ensure seamless execution of onboarding processes.


• Cross Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Liens Bankruptcy Probate QSF Data
& Investigation to facilitate smooth project onboarding.
• Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards are met and onboarding related tickets are
completed per standard operation procedures.

• Manage updates to ARCHER’s proprietary database as assigned including updating fields uploading
documents and generating documents.
• Deficiency reporting for Project onboarding documents.
• Manage updates and uploads to other databases to be determined as needed by operations teams.
• Learn and understand billing functionality in ARCHER’s proprietary database as well as review and
create for quality assurance billing rules for all projects.
• Assist with other administrative special projects as needed.

• Ability to operate Advanced functions of MS Office applications (Excel Word Outlook etc.)
• Should be moderate/ advanced in SQL & Power BI
• Proven Experience with onshore meetings.

• Ability to multi-task set priorities and manage time effectively
