Job Description:

He will be well versed with Quality defects about mangoes post ripening process.

He will be well versed & exp in all the quality parameters checks of mangoes or any fruit category.

He will be having knowledge about the Mango ripening process
-
He has to know about all the mangoes varieties on the particular crops of the particular regions.

Having ability to conduct training to graders and packers about Mangoes quality parameters and defects
-
He has basic knowledge about the packaging material of mangoes.
-
Able to work in rotational shifts.
-
He has a basic knowledge of food safety.
