- Identify and review project design (space and scope) with consultants and submit the same to the management for approval.
- Develop Request For Proposals (RFPs) and manage contract selection process
- Create project budgets and track project costs noting any variances that arise
- Lead re-scoping/value engineering option efforts and develop recommendation for budget mitigations
