Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars schedule meetings and handle confidential HR files.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings screen resumes schedule interviews and conduct new hire orientation.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate up-to-date employee databases attendance records and personnel files.
- HR Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies benefits and payroll.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with labor regulations and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR assistant administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication discretion with sensitive data organizational skills and attention to detail.
