Job Description: HR Executive/Assistant 1. Onboarding & Recruitment: timely onboarding of manpower supervisors and other openings to fulfill manpower requirements on the production floor. support in job postings screening interviews and the overall selection process.
2. HR Recordkeeping: maintain attendance shift schedules overtime records leave data and HR-related documentation for ISO 13485:2016 and internal audits.
3. Floor supervision: observe manpower punctuality on the shop floor and ensure proper utilization as per requirements.
4. Counselling for Discipline & Absenteeism: Conduct attendance analysis and provide counselling to operators and floor workers to address absenteeism improve discipline and support overall productivity.
5. Training & PPE compliance: Conduct awareness sessions/training on hygiene workplace discipline and safety and maintain overall compliance to PPE compliance.
6. HR grievance Redressal: To coordinate employee grievances and maintain harmonious workplace relations. 7. To Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary processing. 8. Housekeeping : monitor housekeeping personnel activities
