Job Summary
1. Production Planning & Execution
- Lead daily weekly and monthly production planning to meet market demand for ROW & EM markets.
- Ensure adherence to batch manufacturing schedules yield targets and productivity KPIs.
- Drive capacity utilization line balancing and resource optimization.
2. Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
- Ensure strict compliance with cGMP GDP and marketspecific guidelines (WHO PIC/S GCC ANVISA etc.).
- Support regulatory inspections customer audits and internal quality audits.
- Ensure documentation accuracy—BMR/BPR review deviation closure CAPA implementation.
3. Operational Excellence
- Implement Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and improve throughput.
- Drive automation digital batch records and process simplification.
- Monitor OEE downtime analysis and rootcause investigations.
4. People Leadership
- Lead mentor and develop production teams across granulation compression coating and packing.
- Build a culture of discipline accountability and safety.
- Ensure manpower planning skill matrix development and shift management.
5. CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Work closely with QA QC Engineering SCM and R&D for smooth operations.
- Coordinate with SCM for RM/PM availability and dispatch planning.
- Partner with Engineering for preventive maintenance and equipment qualification.
6. Safety Health & Environment
- Ensure adherence to EHS norms risk assessments and incident reporting.
- Drive zeroaccident culture and ensure safe working conditions.
7. Cost & Inventory Management
- Monitor production costs wastage and yield improvements.
- Ensure optimal inventory of RM/PM and consumables.
- Support budgeting and costsaving initiatives.
