tax operations and financial reporting activities.
Drive standardisation of processes across markets ensuring consistent service
delivery while accommodating local regulatory requirements.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on finance operations scalability risk
cost optimisation and capability maturity.
2. Service Delivery Management
Build and lead centralized/shared service functions for efficiency.
Establish SLAs monitor performance metrics and ensure cost-efficient operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience reduce
rework and improve turnaround times.
Manage transitions of finance processes into the GCC including knowledge transfer
stabilisation and post-transition optimisation.
3. Process Governance & Compliance
Strengthen internal controls compliance programs and adherence to statutory
requirements in GCC markets.
Lead interaction and readiness for internal and external audits.
Partner with Risk Legal Tax and Compliance teams to proactively identify assess
and mitigate operational and financial risks.
Ensure robust documentation of processes controls SOPs and RCMs across finance
operations.
4. Technology & Process Automation
Drive automation initiatives (ERP enhancements RPA) to improve accuracy and
reduce cycle times.
Leverage data analytics for insights forecasting and decision support.
Partner with IT and digital teams to define system roadmaps implement
enhancements and ensure adoption across finance teams.
Champion a data-driven and continuous improvement mindset within finance
operations.
5. Stakeholder & People Management
Partner with Business Units Tax Treasury Legal and IT for delivery of integrated
solutions.
Lead develop and coach finance operations team.
Support talent attraction onboarding performance management and capability
uplift aligned with GCC growth plans.
Balance global standardisation with local market needs through strong stakeholder
engagement and communication.
Support leadership with timely accurate and insightful financial information to
enable strategic decision-making.
6. Budgeting & Vendor Management
Oversee budgeting headcount planning resource forecasting and productivity
modelling for Finance operations.
