About the Role

In this position you will:

Specialise in permanent blue-collar placements across SA with the support of a national network

Build manage and grow your own perm desk

Develop strong long-lasting client relationships

Drive sales and business development activity

Source attract interview and place high-quality candidates

Implement creative sourcing and marketing strategies

Represent the Programmed brand with professionalism and integrity

Manage administration and compliance requirements accurately

Contribute to a high-performing culture built on safety accountability and teamwork

What Were Looking For

Recruitment and/or business development experience

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Commercially minded with strong sales negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Ability to prioritise across multiple tasks

Excellent time management skills
