What Youll Be Doing

• Provide person-centred support to participants in SIL homes
• Assist with daily living tasks cooking cleaning personal care and medication prompts
• Support community access social inclusion and life skill development
• Encourage independence and confidence in daily routines
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high professional standards

What Were Looking For

• Qualified Support Workers with at least a Certificate III in Disability Individual Support or Aged Care
• Prior SIL or NDIS experience highly regarded
• Compassionate dependable and great at building rapport
• Hold a Current First Aid & CPR Certificate NDIS Worker Screening Check and Drivers Licence
• Committed to providing exceptional consistent support
