Who are we looking for

Our Digital Delivery team in Sydney offers Design Documentation services in collaboration with diverse multidisciplinary teams delivering projects across Property Transport Water and Energy sectors.

Were looking for an experienced Building Services Design Technician with experience in BIM Coordinationto join us and help us deliver exciting and significant Buildings and Transport projects in Sydney across New South Wales and beyond.

Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you:

• Playing a key role in project teams contributing to building and infrastructure developments alongside top industry engineers.
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and apply your skills to develop and coordinate compliant BIM models.
• Partnering with project teams to produce the best possible solutions for our clients.
• Developing strong professional relationships both within the organization and with key stakeholders.

What you will bring to the team:

• 710 years experience in Building Services Drafting HVAC modelling and BIM coordination.
• Solid understanding of HVAC and good knowledge of other building services disciplines such as Electrical Hydraulic and Fire System design as well as basic structural design knowledge.
• Proficient with Revit MEP (Dynamo experience a plus)
• Experience using CDEs such as ProjectWise ACC and Revizto and an understanding of ISO19650 workflows.
• Ability to set up and manage single or multidisciplinary projects.
• Capability in delivering precise engineering documentation and BIM models to high standards and within the set schedule and budget.
• As an integral part of the project team we seek a collaborative approach to deliver optimal solutions for our clients. As such strong collaboration skills and ability to establish solid relationships internally and with key stakeholders are a key requirement for this role.
