Job Summary
- Manage analyze resolve and close IT tickets related to printers handheld terminals and printing services in accordance with defined SLA targets.
- Perform incident and problem management activities including root cause analysis solution implementation and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Provide IMAC services for printing devices including ordering receiving installation delivery repair disposal and inventory management.
- Respond promptly and effectively to service issues and user requests ensuring high service quality and user satisfaction.
- Support installation configuration and troubleshooting of printer hardware and related software.
- Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records including recharging activities using relevant ITSM and asset management tools.
- Participate in new IT roll-out and printing infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies security standards and best practices.
- Coordinate and communicate with external service providers and vendors as required.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives to enhance printing performance and reliability.
Qualifications :
- University degree in Information Technologies Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent technical experience).
- Minimum 23 years of experience in IT support preferably in printing or device support services.
- Intermediate knowledge of printing technologies and printer management.
- Basic knowledge of computer and network security concepts.
- Experience with IMAC services and IT asset management processes.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and SLA-driven support environments.
- Ability to work with external service providers and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in Turkish; basic working knowledge of English is an advantage.
