Job Summary

Manage and monitor all import operations and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up every shipments until to delivery to warehouse
Arrangement and finalizing of the customs clearance of the products
Obtaining & arranging the necessary documents forwarding to the Customs Agent and detailed follow-up of the customs procedures
Follow up Customs & Tax regulations
Follow up payment with Finance Department ( tax supplier invoices etc..)

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in International Trade Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in import/export operations
Proficiency in import/export documentation and procedures
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs clearance processes
Fluency in English both written and verbal
Advanced communication skills
Office programs & SAP
