About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns
Investigate and resolve technical or service-related issues
Keep accurate case records in CRM tools
Collaborate with internal departments for escalations

Requirements:

German C2 English C1
Based in Turkey
Strong written and verbal communication
Customer-oriented and tech-savvy
